Make an Editorial Complaint

If you wish to complain about something we have published, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us in writing with the article title, date, and the nature of your complaint.
2. Provide your name and contact details so we can respond.
3. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and respond fully within 20 working days where possible.
